Israeli businessman offers Gazans $100,000 reward for hostages

SodaStream’s former CEO Daniel Birnbaum has announced a reward for anyone who can deliver a living Israeli hostage from Gaza.


“This is a message to the good people of Gaza: We have an offer for you,” former SodaStream CEO Daniel Birnbaum introduces himself in a clip posted to social media.

Birnbaum continued: “This has been a terrible year. It’s time to move on. A few days ago, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised free travel and immunity to anyone who surrenders Israeli prisoners of war to Israel. I would like to add a financial reward to anyone.” Anyone who surrenders a live Israeli prisoner from Gaza will be paid in cash or Bitcoin. This offer is valid until midnight on Wednesday, October 24th. ”

Birnbaum’s message to Gazans, as stated in the video, echoes reports about leaflets distributed by the Israel Defense Forces in the Gaza Strip in recent days that read, “Hamas no longer controls Gaza.” It was announced inside.
