I can’t go out without getting my eyebrows done. Eyebrows are an essential part of my daily makeup routine. I’ve tried a variety of products, including eyebrow powders, gels, and pencils, but recently I’ve come to prefer eyebrow pencils over any other products. My favorite is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. However, recently, Arch Brow Micro Sculpting Pencil and Shaping Gel I bought mine from HOURGLASS , I had heard so much about their eyebrow products so I was excited to try them.
Judging by the quality and first impression of the packaging, I would say it looks attractive and premium – I love the chocolate brown metallic look.
I also love that the brow gel is clear, making it easy to apply without getting on the skin, and the shape of the brush itself is just the right size for each individual hair. It dries quickly and keeps my brows in place all day.
Using this eyebrow pencil before applying the gel helps to cover thin areas of your brows. I bought the shade Ash, which is a dark brown. You can brush your brows with the spoolie provided and blend the product well.
This eyebrow pencil is true to color, highly pigmented, and has an angled tip that helps me get the perfect shape I want. I must say the formula itself is pretty long-lasting as well.
Overall, I was very impressed with both products, but the retail price is quite high so I’m unlikely to buy them for myself when other brands like Benefit and ABH are cheaper. But if you don’t mind the cost and want to try something new, go for this product – I’m sure you’ll be pleased.
