I’ll share my top health and wellness picks from Amazon Spring Sale.
Spring is in aiiirrrrr and this week I feel all the motivations that connect my life. I want to empty and purify candy cabinets and closets and clean spring. I also want to revamp some things around the house and bring the gym back to normal. I’ve been confused around this for quite some time, but with the pilot retired, I hope to be able to do some things around the house.
i’m so excited Amazon’s Spring Sale is this weekand they have so many great deals on health and wellness essentials. I wanted to organize my sales and share some in today’s post if I have spring training goals.

Shoes, clothing, accessories:
Barefoot shoes for women. I usually wear Vivobarefoot and have seen a lot of people rave about these, but you can’t beat the price! I ordered a pair to try.
Also great prices for these hiking/water shoes. I love functional hiking shoes that can get wet if needed.
Female jogger – Perfect for low-impact training, travel, or life.
This Lulu adjusts the tank well. I have so many colors and like to buy these for liv.
I have this in pink and I love it.

Grippy socks for barre or Pilates classes.
These biker shorts have great reviews.
Run the shorts with hidden pockets and liners.
For him:
This electric shaker bottle is super cool!
Fitness Equipment/Gear:
Resistance band loop. I love these for my workouts from home.
Still, I’m very happy to be using my peloton bike and have it for home aerobic exercise.
If you don’t have a TRX, this is an incredible tool for total body total totos.

We looooove the Aviation Doctors and they are for sale!! Start with one and store in the area you most often (you can also move to the bedroom right while you’re sleeping). Add units over time.
