The company has received orders worth Rs 46.8 billion from North Western Railway.

The strategic divestment transaction of MSTC subsidiary FSNL was successfully completed on Tuesday, with the parent company’s 100% stake in FSNL being transferred to Konoike Transport along with management control.

Following this development, a new board of directors led by strategic partners will be in charge of FSNL.
