Zigly Caliente suffered from great health and personal set-up.
Rupaul’s Drag Race Season 4 contestant – whose real name is Bianca Castro – has amputated her leg after she “experiences a serious health retreat.”
Update: Jiggly Caliente passed away at the age of 44.
“It is a deep sadness to announce the death of Bianca Castro Alebejo, the world-renowned, and many cherish it as a shaky Caliente. Bianca passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025 at 4:42am.

She has been exposed to countless lives through artistry, activism and the authentic connections she has nurtured with fans all over the world. Her legacy is one of love, courage and light.
Her physical presence has disappeared, but the joy she shared and the space she helped create for so many will remain forever. She is deeply overlooked, always loved, and remembers forever.

“She was hospitalized due to a severe infection, resulting in the loss of most of her right foot,” the reality star’s loved ones wrote in a statement on Instagram on April 24th.
The message continued to say that Caliente, who in 2022 actually became a permanent judge in RuPaul’s Drag Race Philippines, is his will. do not have Returning to the next season, she said, “She will not even be taking part in public engagements for a foreseeable future.”

As you can imagine, other drag racing alumni and famous names shared a pour of support after learning this truly unfortunate news.

Elsewhere, Ginger Minji wrote:
“You’re always in my heart,” he said, running the season 7 runner-up. “I send you all the good ideas of the world!”
Caliente placed 8th in Rupaul’s drag racing in 2012.
She was first selected as a judge for the series’ Philippine franchise after returning to the spinoff series All Stars in 2021 with a butterfly-inspired look.
“It’s been a big deal,” Zigley Caliente told the Gay Times in 2022.
“I only used two episodes so I felt I couldn’t show a lot of the Philippines aspects in the season! I couldn’t lock what I really wanted to wear, so when it comes to promotions, I wanted to have a little Philippines.”
