The actors were building homes for these individuals in the wake of natural disasters, but the house developed a dangerous mold, leading to the class action lawsuit they filed.

Currently, these victims’ legal teams have received a motion to obtain important documents during the discovery stage.

It is also revealed that Brad Pitt tried to stop him from having to face depositions, claiming that it was impossible due to his filming schedule.

The legal team of some victims at Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans has been granted a continuous $20 million lawsuit for critical documents from Brad Pitt and his Make It Right Foundation.

The victim sued the Hollywood actor and his nonprofit in a class action lawsuit several years ago, claiming that they had built a flawed home for them in the wake of a natural disaster.

Pitt had spent $12 million through the Make It Right project to build these homes designed to be ecologically sustainable.

However, most homes have since been overcome by molds and other important issues that have had a major impact on some of the owners.

In the meantime, it remains unknown what the exact document is, but it is reportedly having over 70,000 documents and 30,000 pages of financial information.

The homeowner’s legal team is currently trying to hire a forensic accountant to review these documents prior to the final trial.

Brad Pitt tried to avoid the deposit

It has become known that Pitt tried to avoid abdication as part of a recent revelation.

The actor’s lawyer had argued that he had no relevant information and that his schedule would not allow him.

“It was very surprising to see for plaintiffs, defendants and their lawyers that the funds that Global Green has been secured multiple times had not been actually violated or raised,” the official further said.
