We’ve known for a while now what series creator Charlie Brooker has planned: In the opening episode of season four, he is joined by the chief technology officer of a top-tier game studio, Star Trek-Wind TV Program StarfleetBy day, pushed around by his coworkers and staff and receiving little recognition for the company’s success, he uses immersive virtual reality technology to play as Starfleet Captain Robert Daly. Robert leaves his job on a virtual spaceship, venting his frustration and anger in increasingly cruel and inhuman ways on his crew, who have been cloned into the game using the DNA of his superiors and staff, which Robert has obtained without their permission or knowledge. The crew mutiny and flee onto the internet, but an angry “Captain Robert” is left behind in the game.
Of course, this is not true. Black Mirror The game wouldn’t be revealed without the teaser containing hints and hidden items. The loading screen shows the studio’s name, Tuckersoft, an interactive games studio. The film. The cast is listed alphabetically by first name, but in eight groups. Between the scrolling group names are a few cryptic phrases, such as “Too early?”, “A rose for a rose,” and “Shields 58 percent.”
