Archer Aviation (ACHR) Falls Hard as Exec Sells Off Entire Stake

Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE: ACHR) is one of them 10 stocks falling off a cliff.

Archer Aviation saw its share price fall by 8.94% to $9.88 as investor sentiment was attenuated by the company’s $1 million worth of executives.

According to regulatory filings, Eric Lentell, an adviser to Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE: ACHR), sold more than 95,000 ACHR stakes for $10.6 for a total of $1.01 million.

The sale is said to have been carried out under the Rule 10B5-1 trading plan, but investors adopted the news from a negative standpoint, especially as the total value represents the entire stock of Rentel’s airline.

In other news, Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE: ACHR) has partnered with Jetex to develop the infrastructure for air taxis in the United Arab Emirates.

Under the partnership, the companies will strengthen Jetex’s strategically located fixed base operator (FBOS) locations, making them suitable for Archer’s Midnight Aircraft.
