I’ve been doing giveaways like this for years as a way to share my gratitude. You all make this little corner of the internet a great place. I am so grateful for your support and connection.
I started this blog at a time when I was feeling extremely alone. We had just moved to Valdosta, I had just become a military wife, and I hadn’t met any local friends yet. I never expected it to turn into what it is today. This little blog has allowed me to stay home with my kids (which is a huge deal due to pilot travel schedules and unpredictable times) and support my family while chatting with you. All about wellness and health. After all these years, I feel like I *know* many of you. I wake up every day excited to write and connect with you, but I hope you know that I never take that for granted.
