However, she posted a statement thanking her fans for their support during this difficult time.
And now it looks like Allie has decided to move out of the house she shared with James.

Either way, the Ohio native assured her loved ones that she was in no danger.
“Arie is telling her friends that she’s okay. She’s definitely safe and in no danger with James,” an insider told Page Six.
“I’m okay and taking the time I need right now,” she wrote on Instagram. “I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”
According to the police report: James is accused of throwing the woman to the ground.
No charges were filed and Allie was named as the victim.
Kennedy’s attorneys, Scott Leamon and Leonard Levin, said in a statement earlier this week that “Mr. Kennedy is conducting an independent investigation into the charges brought against James by the Burbank Police Department.” Ta.
“We understand that there were no injuries, and we hope that after careful consideration, the City Attorney’s Office will decide not to file formal charges.”
