Twitch’s family, whose non-disclosure agreement was obtained by TMZ, says Alison had her family sign it to attend her funeral, which is effectively what she was doing: It is said that he is financially prevented from collecting money from a memoir about the relationship and his death.
Under this nondisclosure agreement, Twitch’s family and those who signed it agreed to have the proceeds from interviews, books, articles, and shows about him go directly into Alison’s pockets…which is a pretty strong deterrent. It will be.
A non-disclosure agreement surrounding the funeral also caused anger among the family.
Alison’s eldest daughter Wesley Fowlerteeth Protect NDA …claimed that the purpose was to prevent people from taking pictures of his body. Wesley even said that when Twitch was alive, people attending certain family events were required to sign an NDA.
While that may indeed be true, the document also positions Alison as the only person who can profit from Twitch’s life story…and she gets 100% of the sales of her book. A foundation established in honor of her late husband who has publicly revealed that her donations will be donated to Move with Kindness.

TMZ obtained an excerpt from Alison’s upcoming book, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, in which she explains the reasoning behind the NDA.
Allison said the family of Stephen “Tucci” Voss wanted a large number of people she didn’t know to attend the open casket portion of his funeral, but Allison said the number was 13. It was made clear that photos and videos are prohibited.
She wrote… ‘I couldn’t risk any of the photos being leaked to the press or splashed across social media platforms and becoming the permanent image people had of him. My children will never, ever, ever come across a photo like that.”
“On the advice of my lawyer, I insisted that everyone who opened the casket sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect Stephen’s privacy, a request that infuriated the family. ‘Sign the NDA. They said, ‘If you have to, everyone has to sign.” Sign the NDA. “No problem,” I answered. ”
Sources tell TMZ that Allison didn’t profit from the NDA because no one breached the contract.
