5 Min Read

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? There have been roughly something going on around here for a few weeks. Everyone is healthy (thank you for its goodness), but we are experiencing a bit of a rough patch. When we are on the other side, I could probably share more, but we are *in it now.

What brought joy to me: All the amazing strategies I had this week. It’s so amazing to connect with many people and create an action plan to help you feel the absolute best feeling. For more information about Healing Code, click here.

Lotus shoes. If you like historical fiction, I highly recommend this.

My reliable weighted vest.

The best alarm clock + sound machine.

This super cute puff sleeve dress.

This summer lounge set.

This Ziman-style dress.

This shoe protection spray. This works really well and is a hit every month. I use it on all my sneakers and it helps kids shoes last a little longer.

Best Red Light Face Mask (The code is Fitnessista15)

The best eyeshadow primer.

These flattering and inexpensive jeans.

The best magnesium oil.

This poured coffee maker. I’ll use this for me Dangerous coffee Every morning 🙂

Canopy Humidifier. These are the absolute best and are especially useful during this dry season. My code is Fitnessista.

New discoveries: This Amazon tennis bracelet. This was recommended by the Facebook group and was only $20 so I decided to give it a try. It’s very good. The quality is amazing, very sparkling, the clasp is sturdy.

A day has passed here at the L office in Tucson. This is a coworking spot, with multiple desks available, very quiet, and even a complete gym, golf simulator and podcast studio. I had to leave the house for a stacked day and it was perfect. It was very quiet and I was more productive than I’d been there for a long time. I’m definitely going to make it normal.

I’m obsessed with this farm Rio set.

My current favorite lipstick It borrowed alias stolen by liv, so I think I need a new one (color: pose)
