UFL Top 10 will start playing from week 5.

5. St. Louis Battle Hawks RB Jacob Saylers
Week 5 Statistics Line: 14 touches total 73 yards
Results from week 5:32-27 Win vs. Michigan
His production has fallen in recent weeks, but the Saylors are one of the league’s most prolific rushers and receivers with 255 rushing yards and 202 receiving yards through the first half of the season. He is ranked in the top 10 in each category.
Saylors rushes to Arlington tailback Deveon Smith in a rushing ranking TDS in 4th this season, rushing for 51 at Arlington tailback Kalen Ballage. Ballage rushes to lead the lead for 276 yards and becomes a candidate for MVP.
4. Houston rough neck QB Jalan McClendon
Week 5 Statistics Line: 31 to 22 with 171 passing yards
Results from week 5: 27-3 victory at San Antonio
Roughneck won only once in 2024. In 2025, they doubled the first half of the season and settled in McClendon before reaching a notable distance for the USFL Conference playoff spot.
His numbers weren’t astounding in Week 5, but McClendon’s ability to throw the ball downfield and his cool attitude changed the stagnant offensive attitude.
Now, McClendon has the opportunity to help Justin Hall reach the playoffs for the first time in a wide open USFL conference. Houston is the number one game.
3. Arlington Renegaze QB Luis Perez
Week 5 Statistics Line: 22 vs 22 yards, 1 td, 1 int 22
Results from week 5: 37-33 loss vs DC
Perez’s play has been consistent throughout the season. He is the only player who sees over 100 of his passes ending with completion, but he is just one of two players with a completion rate of over 70% in the league.
Perez’s performance is far more impressive considering that Renegade’s offense was shown by the league’s most prolific rusher and its second most prolific passerby.
2. Michigan Panthers QB Blythe Perkins
Week 5 Statistics Line: 235 passing yards, 21 minutes for 2 TDs
Results from week 5: 32-27 loss in St. Louis
Perkins had his best game of the season in Week 5, but that says something to the player who was an offensive player twice a week heading towards an elite passing performance against the Battle Hawks. The Panthers are still tied to No. 1 in the USFL Conference and look like their favorite to win it.
If Perkins was Michigan’s first day starter, it would be fair to ask if his numbers were good. He leads the league in completion rate at 72.3%, owning a 3-1 TD to INT ratio, accounting for five total TDS this season.
1. DC Defender QB Jordan Tam
Week 5 Statistics Line: 308 yards, 3 TD, 46 vs 23 with 1 int
Results from week 5: 37-33 Wins at Arlington
Over the past two weeks, there have been no players more prolific than Ta’amu. He averaged over 300 passing yards per game during this recent stretch, moving the defender to 4-1 and played the best ball with two teams expected to compete for the second spot in the XFL Conference title game behind DC.
Ta’amu is the only player in the league to lead the UFL passing through TDS (9) and total TDS (11) and pass over 1,000 yards in five games (1,213). If an MVP is awarded to the best player on the best team, it is difficult for everyone to discuss how a tam can be solved.
