Kate Mills is an integrative medicine practitioner who has been on her own healing path for over 28 years and specializes in identifying and addressing underlying causes to help clients find balance and optimize their health.
After suffering from severe chronic pain, over a decade of migraines, daily attacks, and a variety of symptoms whose causes could not be pinpointed by Western medical doctors or tests, she became her own health detective. She has spent most of her life learning, testing, and biohacking, and is now much healthier than she ever thought possible and is passionate about helping others do the same.
Kate has overcome a variety of illnesses including Lyme disease, mold illness, parasites, yeast overgrowth, deficiencies, and mental health issues, giving her the tools and experience to help just about anyone reach their health goals.
Kate specializes in helping reduce internal and external stressors while supporting cells through detoxification, parasite control, mold and yeast protocols, and maximizing healing techniques (combined with a healthy lifestyle).
