Here are the 10 most useful items I’ve bought from Amazon.
Hello friends! How are you all? I hope you’re having a great week! I’m busy with calls with clients today, but I’m going to sneak in a Peloton ride at lunchtime. Also, I’m so happy that so many of you have signed up for Detox and Thrive! Please join us here. It starts on Sunday and it’s free.
In today’s post, I want to share some of the most useful things I’ve bought on Amazon. These are definitely functional finds, but they always bring me joy because they work well, I use them often, and they make my life a little easier. I always love to hear about the best stuff, so if you’ve found something you loved recently, please share your items in the comments section.
The 10 most useful things I’ve bought on Amazon
1. Retainer Cleaner
Why did I wait so long? Retainer CleanerAt first I was going to buy the Zima one, but it was $100. It’s $40 and works surprisingly wellIt really grosses me out to think that I was just brushing my retainers until now, and with this, they are so much cleaner!
2. Tineco Vacuum/Mop
The rumors are true, folks. I never thought I’d like the mop, but I do. It works amazingly well. Even though you’re not supposed to (you’re only supposed to use Branch Basics or Method cleaning products), I mix a little bit of Branch Basics or Method spray with water and mop. My floors come out sparkling clean. I didn’t buy the self-cleaning version, It’s a bit of a pain to clean it every time, but it’s worth it.
3. Weighted vest
I’ve added this to my morning walking routine because it’s an easy way to add resistance and core stability to your walking. I ordered an 8 pound vest. When walking Maisy or hiking, My walking pad.
4. Walking Pad and Standing desk
Some days, this is the only way I can get to 10,000 steps, since I often sit at a desk all day. Walking Pad I use it for phone calls, Zoom/teleconferences (where I don’t have to give a presentation or take copious amounts of notes), and to sneak in little exercise vitamins throughout the day. I also have a standing desk and This TV You can mount it on the wall and Airplay videos from your computer, watch movies, etc. I bought one of the cheapest options and it’s perfect.
5. Label Maker
This little label maker It’s so much fun and I’ve used it a lot more often than I thought I would – it’s great for when I need labels quickly for my kids’ sports or school.
6. Ancient Minerals Magnesium Spray
I use magnesium spray I use it every night and my kids love it. I take oral magnesium but many people are deficient in magnesium so using both topical and oral magnesium may help. The spray stings a little at first but you get used to it after a while. This was one of the biggest changes to my sleep years ago and I still love it.
7. Portable Chargers
The pilot ordered some of these.I thought I would rarely use it. Wrong. My phone dies quickly, so this is useful for travel, long days at Disney, dance contests, etc.
8. Rebounder
You can read more about why I love rebounders here. I spend about 5 minutes jumping every day and it’s so good for my mood and lymphatic system. My kids love it too 🙂
9. Dishwasher detergent
I’m ashamed to admit that I didn’t realize cleaning your dishwasher was important until recently. We wiped down ours, but the hard water buildup was bothering me. Teri About the post I saw these a while ago and they are truly amazing. Just pop one in the washer and run. Open the washer and it’s perfectly clean. I bought a new dishwasher and I want to maintain it so I’m glad I ordered this.
10. This Apple Watch band
I was looking for a $200 Apple Watch band, but I didn’t want to do that because I was considering getting rid of my Apple Watch (I miss the days when I had a regular, nice watch). I found this on Amazon for $20! The quality is excellent and it looks better with *real clothes* than sporty plastic bands.
