Congratulations to Jason Duggar.
The former reality TV star is set to become a father in just over nine months!
The reason we’re making this bold prediction is because Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 12th child got engaged to his girlfriend, Maddie Grace, on Friday, August 30th.
The joint Instagram announcement came just three months after Duggar announced their relationship.
“Jace proposed to me on August 24th and I couldn’t be more excited!!” Maddie wrote in the caption of the aforementioned post. “Thank you @kaylajohnsonphoto_ for capturing this special moment so beautifully ???????? #spring2025.”
“She said YES!!” Jason wrote in the comments section of the photo and message.
One photo from this romantic, totally unstaged romp shows the two lovebirds gazing into each other’s eyes, with Maddie placing her hand, wearing her engagement ring, on her future husband’s chest.
The two are also wearing coordinated outfits.

Jason confirmed his relationship with Grace in May, posting a montage of images on Instagram that showed the pair dancing on the beach and embracing in the middle of the ocean.
He captioned the series of images with a white heart.
Photographer Kayla Johnson shot Jason and Maddie’s engagement photos and raved about the newlyweds’ future on her social media accounts.
“Jace is such a driven and sweet person and Maddie is a perfect match for that energy,” she said. “She really is the most beautiful ball of light to be in any room. I can’t imagine a more adorable duo and I can’t wait to see them officially become one!!”
Mr Johnson added:
“What a joy to see God do something beautiful between them.”
The shocking news of Jason’s engagement came just weeks after his sister, Jana Duggar, married Steven Whisman on Aug. 15 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
“I think it’s something every girl dreams of at some point,” Jana told People magazine two days before the nuptials.
“For me, it was like, ‘Okay, it’s never coming,’ but now it’s starting to sink in. Reality is setting in. And I’m like, ‘Wow, this is really something I’ve dreamed of.’
“And to see it come to fruition is just incredible. It’s a dream come true.”
