Player: OT Broderick Jones
Stock price: up
inference: Faced with a vital season, it appears Broderick Jones has everything in his advantage now. It’s still up to him to do good things with the setup he currently has, such as moving to the left tackle. There’s no uncertainty about where and when he’ll play, so all he has to do now is work.
The tasks for Broderick Jones to move forward are simple. Make a profit by doing your job consistently. This is not a memetic form, as the middle step is clear. The only question mark is whether Jones can actually deliver it when the push sticks out.
The Steelers traded up for Broderick Jones in the first round of 2023. He eventually spent a subseason as they left him multiple times last year and had to cancel plans to move to the left tackle.
As he enters his crucial third year, pressure is underway, but the pass is clear. Dan Moore Jr. is off the picture and Broderick Jones has established himself as the Steelers’ left tackle. The Steelers drafted Jones as deemed him a potential career franchise and left the tackle. So far, he hasn’t played much of the left tackle either. Will he look more comfortable than the right tackle and play better there? That’s part of what they do in banking.
But more than that, Broderick Jones appears to have moved on this offseason to raise his professionalism. He seems to know the stakes and takes it all seriously. Several reports show that he assumes a greater leadership role within the offensive ringroom. However, given the relative lack of experience of the group, it is not very stretchy.
With the new league year underway and the Steelers turning the roster over, it’s time to “take stock” again. It took a while, but finally I saw some of them The team spoke After the season ends. Certainly, the WR DK Metcalf trading move qualifies as a change, not to mention the contracts involved.
There’s still a long way to go before we know what this Steelers team will look like. Dust settles in both free agency 2025 NFL Draft. What other moves the team will make, perhaps an unexpected acquisition or departure? If they trade with one player, they can certainly trade with another player or one person. This is a Steelers team starving for postseason success, but how hopeless is it about a 2025 playoff victory?
