You’ve definitely heard of it before, so Katy Perry was launched into orbit earlier this week. Well, a bit…
Along with television personality Gale King and Jeff Bezos’ fiance Lauren Sanchez, Katie took part in a rocket launch flight, bringing it to an altitude where an entire female crew experienced temporary zero gravity.
Everything took over 11 minutes from launch to landing, so calling it a space mission or a celebrity astronaut is a bit dishonest.

Many dismissed the event as a PR stunt (it didn’t help that Katie revealed a set list for her upcoming tour while floating in space).
Katie seemed to receive the majority of criticism for obvious reasons (the set list is boring) and more vague reasons (the betrayal of her ex-friend Kesha really cost a lot of fans).
So, the stunts that were supposed to help follow Katie’s career Flop was her latest album Instead, it brought about yet another PR crisis.
And when things seemed to start to explode, living legend Martha Stewart added her name to a long list of celebrities who dunked to Katie.

Martha serves roast on the shaded side
Even her fans may not remember that, but Martha experienced zero gravity in 2007 when she flew with one of her Boeing 727 G-forces.
In supporting her new role as Shade’s ruling queen, Martha posted a throwback video from her flight this week.
To make sure no one has missed her point, she writes, “Have you ever felt like a plastic bag floating in the wind?” On the clip. Of course, those are the opening lyrics to the 2010 hit “Firowork.”
“If we spaced it apart in 2007, Martha was always ahead of her time,” Martha (or her team) captioned the post by chance that her intentions were not yet clear.
Ravely praise Martha’s microphone drop
Naturally, Martha fans were excited to see her calling out Katie in her hilarious way.
“Martha I love you so much. She said, ‘Did you forget? Remme reminds me of y’all,” one fan wrote. Page 6.
“I love universal drugs. Very good,” commented another.
“Expert Trolling” praised the third netizen.

The list of celebrities who called the Blue Origin crew is already growing, including Kesha (of course), Olivia Munn, Jessica Chastain, and Emily Ratajkowski.
“You care about Mother Earth, and it’s about Mother Earth, and are you going up on a spaceship built and paid by a company that is destroying planets on its own?” she asked on an Instagram video.
It was as bad as fast food chain Wendy Tweet“Can I send her back?” when Katie returns to Earth.
Yes, KP probably feels like a plastic bag at the moment. But that little American beauty The variety of types brought to dog walks.
