Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terion Arnold did not travel with the team to Indianapolis and will miss Sunday’s game against the Colts due to a groin injury.
Arnold, selected 24th overall in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft by Alabama, started all 10 games and recorded 38 total tackles, 30 solo tackles and six passes defensed.
He was a full participant in Friday’s practice but was listed as questionable before being demoted to the outs.
Asked Friday if Arnold would play Sunday, coach Dan Campbell said, “He’ll be fine.”
“He went to the hospital this morning and was treated, and everything looked pretty good, so we’ll see how he does in practice today,” Campbell said Friday. “I’m not worried right now, but let’s see how it goes today.”
