Homemade Protein Ice Cream
We all know that protein is important. Not just the most satisfying Macronutrientsproteins are also components of cells. It’s important in the fitness/health world. Because it helps us build and hold our muscles. Muscle is “hunger” than fat and has a higher energy demand, so we want to help our bones and protect our metabolism.
I tend to recommend 1-2 grams of protein per pound of ideal body weight (depending on so many factors, such as body composition, age, goals, preferred diet strategies, etc.), but I would like to aim for a 1 palm-sized diet with each meal and snack.
This protein ice cream is a creamy and delicious dessert and packs in amazing protein. It’s a great way to add diversity to your protein source while enjoying sweet treats. Today I’m sharing recipes so you can recreate them at home!
Is protein ice cream healthy?
This high protein ice cream recipe is a very healthy treat, especially as it contains healthy fats (from coconut milk). You can add any toppings of your choice, such as peanut butter, nuts, fruits, and more. If that’s what you’re craving, keep in mind that this is *not a replacement for real traditional ice cream. If you’re craving regular ice cream like Ben or Jerry and try to make this as an alternative, it won’t fill in the YA blank. Comeary Have some real deals, enjoy it and continue your life.
But if you already have a protein shake and you want to add another protein packed option to your day, then you want to taste like a sweet treat, let this be swirled! You can definitely eat it every day as part of a balanced plan that includes lean protein, smart curves and healthy fats.

How to make homemade protein ice cream
Step 1
Make sure your ice cream maker bowl is frozen! If not, prepare the day before you make the ice cream. You can also make ice cream in a chunky atmosphere, but the texture is different.
Step 2
Add milk, chocolate chips, vanilla and sea salt to the pot on the stove and simmer. When the chocolate chips melt, whisk the protein powder. Soak the spoon in the mixture (chill it before tasting!) and add the necessary sweeteners if necessary.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker (I love ninja cream) and turn it on. It takes 20-30 minutes for soft serve to be consistent. For hard ice cream, place the mixture in the bread and freeze for 3-4 hours. (You can also use a blender or food processor in a pinch.)
Step 4
Have fun and want! Customize your flavor by adding the toppings or mixins below!
