If you’re looking for a rooftop cocktail, a cool beach bar with just the right atmosphere, or a luxurious breakfast with a great view, here’s my top pick The best place to eat in Santa Monica.
Santa Monica Nightlife scene From a pool patio overlooking the beach to a diving bar, live music venues and plenty of happy times, make you happy!
They all have a relaxed atmosphere, mostly outdoors or have an outdoor area (because you can do that with the great weather here!). It’s definitely a place where you can take friends with you on Saturday nights for special occasions or after work drinks.

Spoilers – In no particular order, my recommendation for the perfect place to eat and drink in Santa Monica!
1. Elephante
This restaurant is currently the hottest property in Santa Monica. There is no great view to retreat from Ocean Drive, but you can see the ocean.
But it’s a menu that draws something amazing to sit on a puff pan with cocktails and a plate of legendary whipped eggplants.

I loved the eggplant (aubergine, we call it). The waitress asked if the chef would like me to give me a recipe. I’ve made it at home now and nailed it – if I say so.
Here is my copycat recipe for Elephantes Whip Eggplant. It’s very easy!

2. Bungalow
Bungalow The Miramar Hotel at Fairmont was waiting for it to explode into the scene forever, but now it’s my top pick with a relaxed beachy vibe with a class twist.
I remember staying at the hotel a few years ago. The space, which is the bungalow to the right of the entrance, was just a meeting room!
Today, this cute outdoor cocktail lounge is almost beachside (well – across the road from the beach), but in the end its place and charm were recognized and came out in suits and cocktails!

The bungalows feature an eclectic mix of discordant furniture underneath the light-adorned wood, and outdoor furniture dotted with fire holes. It has a relaxed atmosphere on the inside and outside.
Sink in one of the cozy leather suites indoors in the fireplace, play pool games, hide in a bit of a corner for a quiet Tete, or sit outside under a tree for a few delicious cocktails.
3. Weis Roy
This is a hotel bar with a different feel. Viceroy Perhaps the most modest Santa Monica hotel (don’t blink, you’ll miss it).
It is an office block in the ’60s, and hides a now surprisingly chic lobby (with indoor bar) and an even cooler pool area surrounded by cabanas and high-winged chairs.
Viceroy (and Miami’s tide (We are also staying) is designed by my girl Krashkelly Wear Star. I love what she did with a very plain office canvas and transform this place into my pick of a chic restaurant and bar in Santa Monica.

For a great time, book one of your group’s poolside cabanas. But the last time I was there they were empty so we just fell into one and opted for charcoal grilled with cocktails. The perfect place.
This is the perfect hotel to come for dinner or start (or finish) your evening in a fantastic atmosphere.
4. Regent Santa Monica Beach
Regent Santa Monica Beach Hotel (formerly Lowe’s) has undergone a $4 million renovation and has a lovely dining space for us who are not staying at home.
However, hotel guests can sit by the pool or by the cabanas and enjoy views of Santa Monica Pier and Muscle Beach beaches.

I came here for breakfast while watching my last visit. Salmon and rocks on bagels and latte. It beat me, but it was worth it because of the gorgeous atmosphere! I then walked to the elevator on the edge of the beach and walked around to the pier.

5. Georgian Hotel
This iconic woman on Santa Monica’s Main Ocean Drive has been overseeing events in the city since 1933.
I stayed Georgian We had been staying for a few nights on our 2010 honeymoon, so it took a very long time between drinks, so we went back for a cocktail in the magic hour sun.
They add streetside seating to the pavement and there is a main lobby restaurant and bar. But I sat in the last sun of the afternoon and sipped my blue gin sour.

6. Eden Rooftop
This Styri Art Deco Hotel (formerly Sonder and Shangri LA) is now Eden.
When I recently jumped in, they told me that their rooftops had been undergoing a huge renovation and that they weren’t open until after summer. But it’s worth putting it on the list with a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean.

7. Huntley Hotel Penthouse
Isn’t it just that mixologists love bars along with pay scholars? Seek specialist drinks at Huntley Hotel (That’s why they’re there!) Malibu Beach And in Hollywood.
This is what you call the Ultra Lounge, or Signature LA Experience. Perfect for occasions. That’s where you want to come and see a rich suit, so I’m told…

8. Casa del Mar
Terrassa Lounge is a beachfront patio bar and an Alfresco restaurant Casa del Marone of the best beachfront hotels in Santa Monica. This is the perfect sunset, dinner and even breakfast starting at 7am.
They also have an indoor cabana lounge for a more intimate environment. This is perfect for catching up to the girls in this magnificent old hotel that opened in 1926 and was the player playground for the Hollywood A-listers. And now we!

9. lobster
It is at the beginning of Santa Monica Pier, lobster Founded in 1923, the delicious seafood restaurant is one of my favourite places to dine in Santa Monica.
We take our friends here for amazing lobsters, crab legs, everything in between! They also serve steak, so your mitatarians will be well 😀
It bravely praises it as a great place for cinema, taking in the iconic views of the pier.
Best known for its delicious dishes, but there is a small, small bar on the outdoor patio. This really serves as a place to wait for the table, but the view is exceptional, so we made this best bar with Santa Monicalist!

The lobster is famous for its truffle fries (I was definitely told they were the best on the planet – even told it was crack!) The patio overlooks the 100-year-old Santa Monica pier with a huge Ferris wheel.
The place is cool even with local celebrities dropping a few dollars across the main lobster.
10. The seaside of the pier
As the name says, The seaside of the pier The restaurant is located on the famous Santa Monica pier. In other words, there are no better sea or sunset views than here.
You can eat (their soft serve ice cream push pop is famous).
However, the seaside on the pier is famous for its best fish and chips in Santa Monica! The menu is casual and affordable. Check out lobster rolls, crab cakes, poboys and burgers too.

11. Pier Side Hotel
I was standing up all day and as I was staying on the Pier Side, opposite the entrance to the Santa Monica Pier, I decided on a lobster roll and a glass of wine on the first floor surf fox.
Very convenient location just behind the shop at Santa Monica Place for a pit stop.

12. Maria Sol
lastly Santa Monica Pierwhere Route 66 officially ends, is in the perfect location for Sunset View: Maria Sol. A simple Mexican restaurant with indoor and outdoor tables and spectacular horizon views.
On windy days, you certainly won’t have a great hair day, but for lunch or dinner or a margarita in between, this is a cheap and cheerful option and a great reward for wandering around the pier.

13. DinTai Fung
One of the latest dining options in Santa Monica Din Tai Fung. If you’re in the mood for dumplings or incredible Chinese food, head to the rooftop on the 4th floor of Santa Monica Place.
This hidden gem spreads out in a large space, so get a table towards the afternoon sun and sea peek into the sea and order Xiaolong Bao.

14. Loulou Santa Monica
Loulou The French/California restaurant is also located on the rooftop of Santa Monica Place, opposite the Dantai bacteria. It has pasta, pizza, French cuisine and European menus with a cool California atmosphere.
Perfect for brunch with ocean views. Or go outside and get a 20-ounce prime rib flambe for $119!

15. Hotel Irwin High
It’s actually on the rooftop in Venice Beach Hotel Irwinappropriately called High, create this list for an amazingly uninterrupted view of the sunset. It is located in a place where medical marijuana is sold by the “Doctor Clinic” below, and you will smell the medicine.
The hotel is approximately 200 metres from the sand and 2 miles from Santa Monica. Voted at America’s top 20 rooftop bars. We stayed at Irwin And I really enjoyed the casual chic atmosphere in the fantastic location.
Sit in front of the fiery gas heater and watch the sun set. Sublime.
