Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was your week? I hope it turned out great! What will happen this weekend? I look forward to decorating for Christmas, girls’ nights out, and family hikes. we are also planning to visit evil today. Have you seen it yet?!
My week started off in the best possible way as it was a birthday celebration at Miraval. Betsy drove up from San Diego to enjoy True Food and Shopping at La Encantada. Then on Sunday morning, we all met up and enjoyed a spa day.
I didn’t want a *party* to celebrate my 40th. I just wanted to hang out with close friends, enjoy activities and spa treatments, and eat delicious, healthy food. That’s exactly what we did and it was perfect. I am so grateful to have such wonderful friends and I loved spending the day with them. It was also my first time playing pickleball, so I was very excited. It was so much fun!!

I started to feel a bit of a tickle in my throat and was a bit worried – I kept thinking I was going to get sick and have to miss out on the fun of Miraval – but after one night of using this, I woke up feeling good and comfortable. Breathe clearly. I’m a big, big fan I plan to use the rest in my room.
