Introducing the best mocktails to enjoy this spring!
Hello friends! How has your week been so far? I hope you are having a wonderful morning. I’ve been on a few Zoom calls today working on the next Fit Team programming. Join us here!
While most of us are still enduring the frigid cold of winter, I’ve been dreaming of warmer weather and spring and summer barbecues and pool parties. Today I want you to join me in my daydreams as I share with you some refreshing and delicious mocktail recipes to drink this spring.
Mocktails are flavorful, fun drinks without alcohol. Whether you’re looking forward to it or are actually cutting back on portions, mocktails are a fun way to switch up your rotation. While I haven’t completely cut out alcohol, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, productivity, mood, and skin after reducing my maximum drinking to 1-2 drinks per week. You can read more about my journey here!
I also love the beautiful array of colors often found in mocktails and the fresh ingredients used in mocktails. You can easily switch up flavor profiles depending on what you have on hand and experiment with different ingredients to create a spring mocktail recipe that totally floats your boat. You can use seasonal fruits to flavor your mocktails, or add flavor with simple ingredients like lemon or lime juice. Really, what is not to love?
I’ll share some of my favorites together! Everything is so easy to put together and so delicious.
