Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? I’m leaving on a Disney cruise with my crew! We’ll be sure to report on your adventures, but we’re going straight from the fun of Orlando to the cruise ship. This is Disney Cruise #5 (last cruise here). It’s not going to stop anytime soon.
I also had a great time at the Reimagining Health Summit. I’ll do a full recap next week, but it was so great to meet Dr. Cabral and the rest of the EquiLife team, connect with fellow IHPs, learn from amazing speakers, and spend time with some of my best friends from the business. Giselle.
(The blazer is veronica beard // the skirt is here and bodysuit is here)
It’s time for your favorite party every Friday. Here we share some of our favorite finds from the week and around the web. I love hearing about your favorites too, so give your favorites a shout out in the comments section below.

Fashion + Beauty + Random:
These apartments. I was looking for a classic everyday flat and ordered it. Those are them. The size was perfect and there was no break-in time. Comfortable right out of the box.
Are you considering switching from polyester underwear to organic cotton? I ordered this in bulk. Super sale on organic cotton.
F59 is back in stock, but get your hands on this Botox bottle before it’s sold out again.
Read, watch, listen:
If you’re looking for a slightly different historical novel, I finished this on the plane. And it was wonderful. Intriguing, witty, plot line that intertwines modern and past, and I loved the writing. I was looking for something to read that would get me hooked right away, so if you have any thoughts, please leave them in the comments section.
In case you need new lunch ideas.
Fitness, health, life and delicious food:
Pilates Gisele At Club Pilates in Orlando. It was a great way to get some exercise before all the events and activities.
Thank you Sammy from D Dedicated, GF’s Bakery & Cafe in Tucson. This had chicken (I asked for chicken instead of turkey), stuffing, cranberry relish, and cranberry aioli. I am very satisfied with everything including GF. Back to another one.
Pilot’s birthday was yesterday, so even though I was at a conference, I took the girls to Animal Kingdom with some friends who were also on a cruise. He had a birthday lunch at Tusker House (a fun character dining experience) and dinner at Rainforest Cafe. So my SIL and niece were able to attend as well. They’re also here for the cruise – it’s a huge party 🙂
(Liv said Daisy stole the pilot (lol))
Tomorrow is P’s birthday. I can’t believe she’s turning 9! – and we surprise her with an excursion. I think she’ll love it.
Last weekend before our trip, we celebrated two birthdays with our family. It was unpretentious and perfect for pizza and cake. We set up a jumping castle and enjoyed spending time with our families.
I hope you have a great weekend! See you again soon.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog today!
